My advice: Get on a routine. Be patient with it. Fat is not the enemy - carbs are. DROP. BREAD. (unless it’s psychotically fiber rich) Don’t just do cardio - do resistance training and giving your muscles a full day of rest. I do upper body Monday and Thursday and lower body Tuesday and Friday.
